Cloé Garnache

I am a Professor of Economics and Deputy Head of Research at the National Center for Housing Market Research (HousingLab) at Oslo Metropolitan University, an affiliate researcher at the Department of Economics, University of  Oslo  and the Ragnar Frisch Center for Economic Research, and an affiliate member of the Center for Economic Studies (CES Ifo). Since Fall 2024, I am visiting at the Center for Energy Policy and Economic at the ETH, Zürich.

My research interests are in: Environmental economics, real estate economics, and household finance.
